To receive your flat-rate quote, please fill out the prompt below and we'll reach back out to you!

Alternatively, feel free to send us an email at movedbyanangel@gmail.com with your move's details and an inventory list. In lieu of a full inventory list, you can also send us pictures of each room in your space and we'll generate your inventory list for you!

(Please note: We're not able to provide any certificates of insurance as-of-yet, so if one is required by any of your buildings we may be unable to help you with your move. If this is the case, however, please feel free to inquire with the building about alternative options for "self-moves"! If these are offered by your building, we should still be able to move you!)

You're almost done! For your inventory, we'll collect your info in 3 sections. The first is furniture, the second is electronics and miscellaneous items (those that will not fit into a box), and the third will be your estimated box (or bin) count. If you're having trouble estimating how many boxes you're going to have, feel free to use this helpful site. Then we'll just ask a few questions about pertinent details related to your move - and that's it!

Thank you! Your submission has been received!

How it Works

Get a quick, flat-rate quote.A flat rate means that the cost won't be affected by factors that are out of your control. With a questionnaire which only collects the most crucial information, we're able to deliver you a quick and accurate quote that's far more precise than a vague hourly rate and, best of all, it should only take about 15 minutes of your time!

Set up your appointment. If the quote looks okay and you'd like to set it up, just let us know and we'll lock you in - no deposit needed!

You pack it, we move it.Moving is our specialty. We've found that things go most smoothly when we stick to the moving and let you handle the packing. We're able to perform multiple jobs most efficiently this way, helping us to keep costs low and quotes super accurate. If you'd like any tips on how to pack up your belongings, please take a look at our F.A.Q. section below.

Frequently Asked Questions

I just started packing and I'm not sure how many boxes I'll have. What should I put on the questionnaire? This is totally normal! We don't expect you to have a perfectly accurate box count in the early stages of moving. For quoting purposes, we just ask for your best guess. For those less experienced, our general rule is to estimate how many boxes you think you'll need, and then add 30%. Alternatively, you can use a helpful moving box calculator, such as this one from moving.com. And you can always update your inventory with us, right up until move day.

It's my first time moving and I'm not sure how to pack! Not to worry! Instructions on how to pack are all over the internet, but this Wikihow article is our favorite. For simplicity, we highly recommend getting all your packing materials from Bin-it.

How accurate should my inventory be?As a flat-rate company, accuracy is pretty important to us, but it's not something we want you to stress about! When making your inventory, we recommend starting with the largest items and working your way down to the smaller ones. And you can always update your inventory with us via email right up until your move date!
